- Eat a health snack before going grocery shopping. If we go hungry, we will buy more stuff, spend more money and make more impulse items.
- Hydrate- most of the time when we are hungry, we are also dehydrated. Get hydrated first and you will have better digestion and eat less.
- Double order veggies with you plate to get closer to the 7-14 servings of f&v, 20+ for athletes.
- Share a plate and chew your food, enjoy the meal and the company.
